Excellent thermal insulation performance
1. Low thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is only 0.028W/(m · K), far lower than traditional insulation materials such as EPS board (expanded polystyrene) and foamed polyurethane. The insulation effect of 20mm thick XPS board is equivalent to 50mm thick foamed polystyrene or 120mm thick cement perlite, significantly reducing material usage and building load.
2. High closed cell rate: With a closed cell rate of over 99%, a vacuum layer is formed to effectively prevent air flow and heat dissipation, ensuring long-lasting and stable insulation performance. Compared to the 80% closed cell rate of foamed polyurethane, XPS boards are less prone to performance degradation due to air infiltration during long-term use.

2. Moisture proof and Waterproof: The water absorption rate is extremely low (volume water absorption rate ≤ 1%), and the polystyrene molecular structure does not absorb water. The board has no gaps, effectively solving problems such as water leakage, penetration, frosting, and condensation. It can still maintain insulation performance and structural integrity in humid or low-temperature environments.

1. Lightweight texture: The fully closed cell foam structure and honeycomb like physical structure endow the board with lightweight and high-strength characteristics, making it easy to cut, transport, and install. It has high construction efficiency and is not easily damaged.
